Mr. Lupo is a resident of Norridge and has lived in Norwood Park Township for 45 years. He was elected to Township Supervisor in 2001 and previously held a position as a trustee since 1997. Mr. Lupo has volunteered in our community as NYA president for 8 years, District 80 school board for 4 years, Treasurer for NYA football for 20 years, NYA baseball and football coach for 30 years. Mr. Lupo retired after a 45-year career as a union electrician with local 134. He is married and raised his 4 children in Norridge and is a proud grandparent of 7.
Mrs. Salinsky is a resident of Harwood Heights and has lived in Norwood Park Township for 67 years. Appointed to Township Clerk in 2018 and elected to Township Clerk in 2021. Mrs. Salinsky was also elected to Norwood Park Township Collector in 2001. Mrs. Salinsky served for various positions on her condo board including Director and Treasurer. She has been employed with the Cook County Building and Zoning Department as Administrative Assistant since 1991. Mrs. Salinsky lives with her beautiful little dog.
A lifetime Norridge and Norwood Park Township resident for over 60 years, Larry Rogawski attended James Giles Grammar School; Ridgewood High School; Triton College and Northeastern Illinois University. As a youth, Larry participated as a player in the Norridge Youth Activities and later as an adult as both a coach & manager for several years and multiple age groups. Larry was a board member of the Ridgewood High School School Board and is a founding member and 1st President of Norridge Cares. Larry was a Journeyman Machinist in the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers' Union for over 20 years. He also served a shop chairman for his local. Larry currently holds an Illinois Managing Broker's License and works for Re/Max Vision. He has been licensed in Real Estate for over 30 years. Larry is currently the Norwood Park Township Highway Commissioner, a position he was first elected to in 2005. Prior to that he was elected as a Norwood Park Township Trustee in 2001. Larry and his wife Liz live in Norridge and have a Daughter Christina and son-in-law Nathan that live nearby. Their newest addition to the family is 1 year old Sasha, a black Labrador they adopted from a rescue shelter.
Mr. Nasca is a resident of Norridge and a lifelong resident of Norwood Park Township. He was elected to the board of trustees in 2001 and is currently Board Chairman of the Township Youth Committee. He has served on the Village of Norridge Architectural Review Committee, as treasurer of Leigh School PTA, and volunteered as a NYA Little League Baseball coach. He has been a local real estate professional for over 35 years. Mr. Nasca raised his two sons in Norridge; they attended Leigh Grammar and Ridgewood High Schools.
Mr. Wyda is a resident of Harwood Heights and has lived in Norwood Park Township for 59 years. Elected to Township Trustee in 2021, was originally appointed Township Trustee in 1977 and elected Trustee in 1981, re-appointed in 1999 and elected 2001. Mr. Wyda served on the Harwood Heights Zoning Board of Appeals for a four year term, elected Village Clerk for a four year term and was appointed Harwood Heights Police commissioner in 1986 where he served for 28 years. He coached Harwood Heights little league and Ice Hockey. Mr. Wyda graduated with a degree in business and financial management and retired from banking after 40 years. He is married and raised his two children in Harwood Heights.
Mr. Stefanowicz and his family reside in Park Ridge and both he and his wife grew up in Norridge and have been lifelong residents of the Township. Elected as a Township Trustee, he Chairs the Finance Committee. Professionally, he is a partner in the Law Firm of Holman & Stefanowicz, LLC. Mr. Stefanowicz’s community involvement includes having served as a part-time police officer, many years as a coach for youth basketball, football, volleyball, and baseball. Mr. Stefanowicz is an alumnus of Giles Elementary, Ridgewood High School and DePaul University where he earned a Bachelor and Juris Doctorate degree. As an undergraduate, he was accepted and continues membership in Pi Sigma Alpha, a National Political Science Honor Society. In law school, Mr. Stefanowicz served as a staff writer and then a Managing Editor of the DePaul Business Law Journal. He has served one-term on the DePaul College of Law Alumni Board and two-terms on the DePaul University Alumni Board. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association and the Advocates Society, an Association of Polish-American attorneys. He is also a volunteer at the Amicus Poloniae legal clinic.
